Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable multi level technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, ranging from basic repairs and maintenance to more complex projects and can work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the project. Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and patching drywall.
- Conduct maintenance works on AC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions in AC systems.
- Replace or repair damaged parts or equipment in AC systems as needed.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of new compressors and address AC leakage issues.
- Inspect, install, and maintain electrical systems in residential properties such as villas and apartments.
- Possess knowledge of modifying distribution boards (DBs) and providing solutions to electrical problems.
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and address power tripping and outages.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, water tanks, pumps, and sump pit systems.
- Identify and diagnose leaks and blockages while understanding drainage and water supply systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) for plumbing systems.
- Possess knowledge of various plumbing system parts and accessories.
- Install water tanks, water heaters, and other relevant plumbing works.
- Install appliances and fixtures, and equipment
- Assemble furniture, shelving, and other items.
- Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings/apartments and structures.
- Keep track of materials and inventory needed for projects.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent technical course
- Proven experience with a track record of completing projects on time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform manual labor.
