Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minor civil repairs including concrete patching, plastering, tiling, and painting.
- Assist in masonry work such as blockwork, bricklaying, and tile setting.
- Repair and maintain drywall, ceilings, partitions, and insulation.
- Assist with minor carpentry works related to doors, windows, and cabinetry.
- Assist in demolition and site clearing work as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in civil maintenance or construction work.
- Basic knowledge of materials, tools, and methods used in civil work.
- Ability to read and interpret simple drawings and work instructions.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools (e.g., drill, grinder, saw).
- Good physical condition; able to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding.
- Awareness of health and safety practices in a construction or site environment.
