Job Summary:

The Handover Perspective Team plays a key role in ensuring a smooth transition of completed residential properties from the development phase to handover for residents. This position involves close coordination with operations, project management, and client relations teams to maintain quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and coordinating the handover process of completed residential units. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications and company standards. Collaborate with operations, project management, and client services teams to address any issues prior to handover. Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to unit handovers. Ensure that all resident queries and concerns during handover are addressed promptly and professionally. Support continuous improvement initiatives for the handover process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Prior experience in property handover, project coordination, or real estate operations is an advantage. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage multiple priorities.
