Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences.
Present and explain different perfumes, their features, and suitable occasions.
Process sales transactions and issue invoices accurately.
Maintain an attractive and organized display of perfume products.
Provide customers with samples and personalized recommendations when appropriate.
Participate in promotional campaigns and new product launches.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory or warehouse teams.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
Requirements:
Previous experience in perfume sales or retail is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Knowledge of perfume products and trends is a plus.
Professional appearance and presentation skills.
