Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative

Hairdresser/Technician

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for haircare, styling, and beauty services, with the ability to deliver exceptional client experiences while staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques. The Hairdresser/Technician will perform a variety of hairdressing tasks, including cutting, coloring, styling, and providing professional consultations to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Hair Cutting and Styling:

Perform haircuts and styling services for men, women, and children based on client preferences and the latest industry trends.

Coloring Services:

Apply color treatments, including highlights, balayage, color correction, and all-over color, ensuring optimal results.

Consultations:

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and concerns.

Hair Treatments:

Offer treatments such as conditioning, deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp treatments for specific hair concerns.

Up-to-Date Techniques:

Stay informed about the latest hairdressing techniques, trends, and products to provide modern and creative styles.

Client Care:

Provide personalized advice and recommendations on hair care, styling products, and maintenance routines.

Customer Service:

Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and valued during their appointments.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Sales and Product Knowledge:

Promote and sell hair care products and services, providing expert advice based on clients' hair types and needs.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and an exceptional client experience.

Required Qualifications:

Valid cosmetology license (or equivalent) in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience as a Hairdresser/Technician or in a similar role, preferably with a portfolio of work. Strong understanding of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques. Knowledge of hair care products and treatments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced techniques such as balayage, color correction, and special occasion styling. Knowledge of hair extensions, wigs, or other specialty services. Experience with scalp treatments or hair loss solutions.

Pay: AED2,100.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
