to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be creative, reliable, and passionate about delivering high-quality hair services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional hair treatments, building strong relationships with clients, and maintaining the professional image of the salon.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional services including hair cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and blow-drying.
Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate styles or treatments.
Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation and ensure tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
Stay up to date with modern hair trends, products, and techniques.
Recommend salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily salon operations.
Deliver an excellent client experience through professional service and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a hairdresser or hairstylist in a professional salon environment.
Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling for different hair types.
Certification or diploma in hairdressing or cosmetology preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional grooming and a team-oriented attitude.
