Roles and Responsibilities

Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and coloring services to clients. Consult with clients to understand their desired hair styles and provide recommendations based on their hair type and face shape. Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques through ongoing training and education. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Handle cash and process payments accurately and efficiently. Promote and sell salon products and services to clients. Assist with salon marketing efforts, such as creating social media posts and participating in community events. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues. Creative and artistic flair for hair styling. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism and ability to maintain client confidentiality. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
