Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional hair services including: Hair coloring (permanent, semi-permanent, root touch-ups) Advanced color techniques such as
balayage, highlights, lowlights, ombre
Precisionhaircuts
andstyling
in line with current trends Blow-dry and finishing styles (volume, sleek, curls, etc.) Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, recommend services and products tailored to their needs. Stay updated on thelatest hair trends
, tools, and techniques. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of all tools and salon stations. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and professionalism. Upsell salon services and retail haircare products.Requirements:
Proven experience as a professional hairdresser/hair stylist. Expertise in hair coloring techniques, especially
balayage and highlighting
. Solid knowledge of hair structure and how different products/chemicals interact with various hair types. Ability to cut and styleon-trend haircuts
. Skilled inblow-drying
and finishing techniques. Passion for beauty, creativity, and keeping up withnew industry trends
