Hairdresser / Hair Stylist ( ladies only! )

Salary: AED 3,500- 4,000 (based on experience & skills)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hairdresser / Hair Stylist to join our salon in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in a wide range of professional hair services and bring additional value with expertise in beauty services.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional hair services including: Haircuts (ladies & kids) Hair coloring: highlights, balayage, ombre, root touch-ups Hair styling: blow-dry, updos, wedding/party hairstyles Hair treatments: protein, keratin, botox, deep conditioning Head Spa treatments for scalp and hair health Stay updated with the latest hair & beauty trends, techniques, and products. Maintain high standards of hygiene, sterilization, and cleanliness. Ensure every client receives a professional and welcoming salon experience. Additional skills in waxing, threading, facials, and massage are considered a strong advantage and will provide growth benefits.
Requirements

3-4 years of salon experience in the UAE (mandatory). Diploma or Certification in Hairdressing & Beauty Therapy (preferred). Strong skills in cuts, coloring, styling, treatments, and head spa. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and punctuality are a must. Customer-focused, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
