Job Description

We are looking for a Hairstylist to create flawless haircuts and hairstyles for our customers. Ultimately, you will ensure that all customers leave our Salon satisfied with our exceptional services and feel happy with their new looks Hairdressers Responsibilities include: -Welcoming Customers & identify their preference by asking pointed questions -Recommend hairstyles and haircuts as per customers face shapes and tastes. - Washing, rinsing &drying clients hairs using appropriate shampoos and conditioners. -Cut, trim and shave hair using professional equipment -Apply a wide range of hair coloring techniques , like, highlights. -Apply hair treatment products as needed -Create hairstyles for formal events and everyday looks. - Form Bonds with loyal customers and remember their hairstyles preferences. -Manage bookings and serve walk-ins. - Cross-sell hair care products or services, when appropriate. Required Skills: - -Work experience as Hairstylist or Hairdressrer. -Proficiency in hair straightening and curling methods using hot irons and curlers. -Hands on experience with various Coloring techniques. -Knowledge of wide range of haircuts suitable for all hair lengths (e.g. Braids and Top knots) -Up-to-date with industry trends -Excellent verbal communication skills and a team player. -Physical stamina to stand long hours and ready to work in shifts if needed. -Valid licence from Cosmetology school or similar will be added advantage. -Reasonable English Fluency a must. -Preferably Dubai/Sharjah resident. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
All the customers must wear a mask. All salon equipments and surfaces are daily senitized. All our staff members are fully vaccinated against Covid 19.
Utmost care is taken to maintain cleanness and Hygiene in salon. Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hair Styling: 1 year (Required)
• Hairstyling: 1 year (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
