Job Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate
Hairdresser
to join on acommission basis
. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working as a freelancer or running their own home-based salon/business and is now looking to expand their reach in a professional setting without the overhead costs.Responsibilities:
Provide professional hair services such as haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, and blow-dries. Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable hair solutions. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times. Bring your own client base (preferred but not mandatory). Stay up-to-date with latest trends and techniques in hair care and styling.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a freelance hairdresser or salon owner/operator. Expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling for various hair types. Professional grooming and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage own schedule. Own tools/products preferred.
Commission Structure:
Attractive commission per client/service (details to be discussed during interview). No fixed salary - income based on performance and client volume.
