We are seeking a

highly skilled, artistic, and meticulous Hairdresser

to join our team at a high-end ladies' salon. This role is responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services while prioritizing client consultation, comfort, and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery:

Perform a

full range of hair services

including precision cutting, creative coloring (highlights, balayage, corrective color), advanced styling, and thermal treatments (keratin, permanent waves). Provide luxurious and therapeutic

scalp massages and deep conditioning treatments

as part of the service. Offer and perform specialized services such as

bridal up-dos, intricate braiding, and hair extensions

upon client request. Maintain impeccable standards of service quality and finish, ensuring a consistent and exceptional result for every client.

Hygiene and Safety:

Rigorously adhere to all

sanitation and sterilization procedures

for tools, capes, and work stations to ensure the highest level of client safety. Advise clients on proper

hair and scalp care

and recommend solutions for common issues like dryness, damage, or breakage.

Client Relations & Sales:

Consult extensively with clients

to assess their hair type, lifestyle, and desired outcome; recommend appropriate cuts, colors, and treatments. Suggest complementary

retail products

and professional treatments for home care and ongoing hair maintenance. Build and maintain a

loyal clientele

through professional demeanor, consistent, high-quality work, and exceptional listening skills.

Operational Support:

Manage and maintain the

styling station

, ensuring tools, products, and color supplies are organized, clean, and accessible. Assist in monitoring

professional product inventory

(color, shampoo, styling aids) and alerting the supervisor when supplies need reordering.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

Minimum of

2 years of professional experience

as a Hairdresser or Stylist in a commercial salon, preferably in a high-end or luxury setting.

Skills:

Proven practical ability and speed in delivering a wide variety of advanced

cutting and coloring techniques

. Strong

creative vision

for interpreting current trends and designing customized looks. Excellent

manual dexterity and attention to detail

for precise cuts and intricate coloring work. Outstanding

customer service and communication skills

, particularly in consultation and client education.

Compensation
