Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to provide high-quality hair services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate stays current with hair trends, techniques, and products, and is committed to helping clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities



Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, lifestyle, and preferences Perform hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, highlighting, balayage, and chemical treatments Shampoo, condition, blow-dry, and style hair for various occasions Recommend appropriate hair care products and at-home maintenance routines Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health regulations Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and salon services Assist with scheduling, retail sales, and salon promotions as needed

Qualifications



Valid cosmetology license (required) Proven experience as a Hair Stylist (preferred but not required for junior roles) Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Professional appearance and positive attitude

Creativity and attention to detail Time management and multitasking Sales and product recommendation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
