Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
Perform a variety of hair services including:
Haircuts (men, women, children)
Hair coloring, highlights, balayage, ombre
Hair styling for events and daily wear
Blowouts, perms, relaxers, and treatments
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools.
Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Recommend hair care products and provide aftercare advice.
Adhere to health and safety standards and salon policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a hairstylist or similar role.
Valid state cosmetology license.
Proficiency in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
Up-to-date with hair trends and product knowledge.
Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude.
