We are hiring in our new, beautiful, and friendly hair salon. Looking for a female hair stylist, preferably with existing clientele, to create flawless colours, haircuts and hairstyles for our customers. As a contributing team member you will play a key part in representing and promoting our unique salon. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, motivated, creative and a talented person to join our amazing team. Job requirements; - Minimum 7 years of work Experience with minimum of 2 years' experience in UAE - Existing clientele desired - Full UK hairdressing qualifications or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Friendly and professional demeanor - Positive energy and attitude - Willing to work a flexible schedule - Expert knowledge of all the latest trends and techniques in the hair industry Job specifications; - Freelance stylist with own visa, insurance and clientele desired (after probation period there is an option to transfer over to salon visa if you wish) - Flexible working hours - Able to engage in professional conversation with the clients - Demonstrates confidence and technical ability to perform all services - Continuous education and courses to be attended regularly - Maintain salon to always be aesthetically pleasing for the client. - Proper phone and social media etiquette for bookings. Job details; - Probation period of up to 6 months - Salary starting from 7,000 AED with options of flexible salary packages such as basic + commission or commission only. - Full-time, permanent contract Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED7,000.00 per month
