Job Description
As a Hair Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for all hair-related services. Your role is to create stunning hairstyles, provide expert advice on hair care, and ensure each client leaves with the confidence that comes from having beautiful, healthy hair. Key Responsibilities: Hair Styling: Perform a variety of hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, based on clients\' preferences and latest trends. Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and any specific concerns. Hair Care Advice: Provide expert advice on hair care routines, recommended products, and styling techniques to promote healthy hair. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to recommend and sell hair care products. Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients by offering personalized recommendations and creating a positive salon experience. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhere to hygiene standards, and ensure the sanitation of tools and equipment. Qualifications:
- Certification or relevant qualification in hairstyling or cosmetology.
- Proven experience as a Hair Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of hairstyling techniques, trends, and hair care products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stay current with industry trends and innovations.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
