Full Hair Educator for hair styling products We are looking for an Educator to train clients on GHD products and techniques. What you'll be doing:

• Exciting customers by demonstrating the powerful features of our GHD Hair Straighteners, Hot Brushes, Hair Dryers, Hair Curlers, Hair brushes, Hair styling products.
• Providing trainings for clients on tools and services, and thus help boost turnover of the salon, through improved use of technical services and better sell out Visits and trains customers to develop their technical skills and product knowledge.
• Follows high potential clients individually Leads training sessions in salons, academies in line with Education strategy Conducts consultation days in coordination with Clients and Business Partners Is the relay and contact of clients concerning Access.
• Visits and trains new potential client partners, in coordination with the Business Partners Provides trainings adapts to brand standards Communicates brand's values and product information in seminars, trainings (classroom, digital, webinars...) to customer and colleagues Reports on education actions.
• Masters all technical hair topics and services Deep knowledge of the brand and services and knows how to present and transmit them to customers
• Provide an authentic and premium customer experience to establish GHD as a leader in the haircare industry
• Develop and drive sales aligned with business plans and targets
• Be proactive by engaging customers and exploring their needs and requirements so you can demonstrate the GHD product range, trading up as appropriate

We're looking for: As a qualified hairdresser you'll be a confident professional who loves a challenge and understands retail You will also be enthusiastic and passionate about new technology to engage in conversations with customers about how to better care for their hair through GHD Technology Excellent communication skills and a real passion for best in-class customer experience will also be essential to your success Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
