As a Hair Stylist specializing in modern hair services, you will be responsible for providing expert-level treatments and styles tailored to each client's needs. Your role includes performing advanced techniques such as hair perming, straightening, coloring, and treatments using premium products like Olaplex and L'Oreal. You will help clients achieve their desired look while maintaining the health and integrity of their hair.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform various types of

hair perming

(including digital/Korean perms) and

hair straightening

techniques. Provide expert

haircuts

for women, including layer cuts, trims, and style-specific shaping. Apply

hair color

,

highlights

,

balayage

, and

root touch-ups

using high-quality color systems (L'Oreal, etc.). Administer

Olaplex

,

L'Oreal

, and other high-performance treatments to restore and protect hair health. Offer personalized consultations to understand each client's hair condition and recommend suitable styles and treatments. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all tools and workstations according to salon standards. Stay current with industry trends, coloring techniques, and product innovations. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits. Promote salon services and retail products to boost client results and salon revenue. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a professional and friendly salon environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with strong skills in

perming, straightening, coloring, cutting, and treatments

. Expertise in

product applications. Good understanding of different hair types and conditions, with the ability to recommend appropriate solutions. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to manage time efficiently and work in a team-oriented setting. Certification in cosmetology or professional hair styling is preferred. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
