The Lead Hair Stylist and Hair Services Manager will lead operations for hair services, including developing new services, creating standard operating and service procedures, training and managing staff providing those services. This role is pivotal in ensuring excellent customer service, optimizing store performance, and fostering a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Service Development
Identify and develop new service offerings that align with customer needs and market trends, including innovative emerging trends.
Implement and oversee the execution of new services to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing services.
Lead the conceptualization and implementation of new services.
Customer Satisfaction:
Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints.
Ensure a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.
Gather customer feedback and implement improvements based on feedback.
Service Delivery:
Perform a variety of hair treatments and services to clients.
Ensure all services are performed to the highest quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques.
Experienced in all hair types with a specialty in coloring and blonding techniques
Specialized in Goldwell coloring (blonding, balayage, foilayage), WEFT extensions, hair treatments, cuts, styling, and perming (waves, curls, straightening).
Strong familiarity with Kerasilk, K18, Kevin Murphy, and Goldwell products is required.
Operation
Oversee daily operations in the responsible area, including opening and closing procedures, product handling, and inventory management.
Ensure the area is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ensure services are conducted by staff safely and maintain a high level of hygiene.
Ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
Manage appointment schedules and optimize staff allocation.
Staff Training and Development
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels of hair products and supplies.
Place orders for new supplies and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory.
