Job Description

Ensure complete adherence to ESMA EQM and HACCP standards for water bottling plants.

Lead Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) operations to maintain consistent quality across all levels of the organization.

Must be UAE haccp level 3 & PIC certified

Supervise precise water sample testing and maintain thorough records of all test outcomes.

Ensure timely and accurate calibration of instruments and equipment in compliance with relevant standards.

Manage laboratory operations in accordance with local regulatory requirements and align practices with international benchmarks.

Conduct detailed investigations of customer complaints and implement effective corrective actions to avoid recurrence.

Enforce strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.

Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all QC, QA, HACCP, and ESMA EQM-related activities.

Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring readiness for government and statutory inspections at UAE-based facilities.

Promptly implement audit and inspection recommendations to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.

Adhere to and uphold the company's policies and standard operating procedures.

Liaise with local teams and headquarters to coordinate meetings and provide regular updates.

Possession of a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
