Job Description
A construction site nurse is responsible for providing health services, first aid, and promoting occupational health and safety for workers on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Health Services
: The construction site nurse administers first aid to injured or ill employees and organizes health service programs in compliance with occupational health regulations.Health Education
: Conducts health orientations and training for employees, educating them about workplace hazards and promoting health maintenance practices.Monitoring and Reporting
: Regularly monitors the health of employees, maintains medical records, and prepares reports on health services provided, including annual medical reports.Safety Compliance
: Inspects the work environment for health hazards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and suggesting improvements to enhance worker safety.Emergency Preparedness
: Develops and implements emergency response plans and participates in safety drills to prepare for potential health emergencies on-site.Job Type: Full-time
