Cut, shape, and fit
gypsum boards, metal furring channels, studs, and tracks
as per site measurements and layout plans.
Perform
framing, fixing, taping, jointing, and finishing
of gypsum board systems.
Ensure accurate alignment, level, and plumb of all gypsum installations.
Carry out
curved, stepped, and custom-designed ceiling works
with high-quality finishing.
Read and interpret
technical drawings, layouts, and ceiling details
to execute the work as per project requirements.
Repair and patch damaged gypsum surfaces as required.
Maintain
tools, equipment, and worksite safety
as per company guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a
Gypsum Carpenter
in the
interior fit-out industry
.
Skilled in installation of
gypsum board systems
, including
partitions, ceilings
, and
decorative elements
.
Ability to read
layout drawings and ceiling details
.
Knowledge of framing systems using
metal studs, channels, and support systems
.
Strong attention to detail and high standard of finishing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.
