We are looking for a skilled Gypsum Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in installing and finishing gypsum board (drywall) for walls, ceilings, and decorative partitions in residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and install gypsum boards, ceilings, and wall partitions according to project drawings.
Create and install gypsum decorations, bulkheads, and cornices.
Prepare frameworks and structures for drywall installation.
Apply finishing touches such as jointing, taping, and sanding.
Repair or replace damaged gypsum structures when required.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with other workers and site supervisors to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Gypsum Carpenter in the UAE or GCC.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Good knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques related to gypsum and ceiling work.
Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred:
Experience with decorative and false ceiling works.
Knowledge of aluminum and wooden framing systems.
UAE driving license (optional).
