The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting, installing, and finishing gypsum board systems for ceilings, walls, and partitions, ensuring high-quality results that meet project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure and cut gypsum boards (drywall/plasterboard) to required dimensions.
Install gypsum boards on walls, ceilings, and partitions using screws, nails, or adhesives.
Construct supporting frameworks such as metal or wooden studs and channels.
Tape and finish joints, seams, and corners using joint compound and taping tools.
Sand surfaces to ensure smooth and even finishes.
Install ceiling tiles, access panels, cornices, moldings, and other decorative elements.
Repair damaged gypsum boards or ceilings.
