The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting, installing, and finishing gypsum board systems for ceilings, walls, and partitions, ensuring high-quality results that meet project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and install gypsum (drywall) boards, ceiling tiles, and other materials.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans.
Install metal or wooden studs for wall partitions and ceilings.
Apply joint compound, sand surfaces, and ensure smooth finishes.
Install access panels, trims, moldings, and other architectural details.
Coordinate with other construction professionals (electricians, plumbers, painters, etc.).
Repair damaged drywall or ceilings, including patching holes and repainting surfaces.
