Wayn Pro Maintenance is looking for a multi-skilled
Gypsum, Carpentry & Painting Technician
with hands-on experience in interior finishing and repair works. The ideal candidate should have expertise in gypsum partitioning, false ceiling works, carpentry tasks, and professional painting, ensuring high-quality finishes for both residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out
gypsum works
including partitions, false ceilings, wall cladding, and decorative designs.
Perform
carpentry works
such as door installation, furniture repairs, cabinets, shelves, and other wooden fixtures.
Handle
painting works
including surface preparation, priming, polishing, and finishing for walls, ceilings, and wooden surfaces.
Accurately measure, cut, and install materials according to project specifications.
Repair, maintain, and renovate interiors as required.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Ensure high-quality finishing and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow company safety protocols and site regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of UAE experience
in gypsum, carpentry, and painting works.
Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and finishing techniques.
Ability to handle multi-trade tasks with minimal supervision.
Physically fit and able to work in varying site conditions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
