Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and install gypsum boards on walls and ceilings according to design plans.
Install metal or wooden frameworks for drywall partitions and suspended ceilings.
Shape and fit boards around obstacles like electrical boxes, pipes, and windows.
Apply joint compound, tape seams, and sand surfaces to prepare for painting or finishing.
Build and install false ceilings, bulkheads, and decorative gypsum features.
Repair or replace damaged drywall panels, cracks, or water-damaged sections.
