Key Responsibilities:
Measure and mark cutting lines on drywall sheets using measuring tools and straightedges.
Cut, fit, and install gypsum boards to the interior walls and ceilings of buildings.
Install framing (metal or wooden) and support structures for drywall installation.
Apply tape and joint compound to seams, corners, and angles to create a smooth finish.
Repair cracks, holes, or damaged drywall panels as needed.
Ensure accurate alignment and secure attachment of gypsum boards.
Sand, texture, and finish surfaces in preparation for painting or wallpaper.
Follow safety standards and construction best practices.
