Modular Interiors is looking for a skilled

Gypsum Carpenter

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in

gypsum board installation, drywall partitioning, ceiling work, and finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and install gypsum boards for walls, ceilings, and partitions Construct and install metal and wooden framing for drywall and ceilings Apply finishing materials such as joint compound, tape, and sanding for smooth surfaces Repair and maintain existing gypsum board structures Ensure all work is done according to safety and quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Gypsum Carpenter

or Drywall Installer Strong knowledge of gypsum board installation and finishing techniques Ability to read and understand technical drawings Experience with framing, cutting, and installing gypsum boards Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions Attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in interior fit-outs or construction projects Knowledge of ceiling designs (e.g., drop ceilings, bulkheads, decorative gypsum work) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

Experience:

* Carpentry: 4 years (Preferred)
