- Education Required: Other
- Minimum Teaching Experience: 3 years of teaching experience
Essential Requirements:
- Spoken and Written Fluency in English
- At least 3 years experience in teaching Gymnastics
- Experience working with young children, including those below 6 years of age
- Flexibility to customize the gymnastics/physical development program for students 2 - 8 years of age
- Open-mindedness to learn new methodologies and activities as part of the Masterminds Physical Development Program
- Persona should reflect the premium nature of the Masterminds brand
- Exceptional relationship and communication skills
- Essential to relate well to both children and adults and have strong communication and listening skills
- Team working, flexibility, and adaptability with sensitivity to the needs of children are critical to the requirement of this role
- Highly organized

Gymnastics is a core part of the curriculum at Masterminds with all children participating in gymnastics lessons 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 times per week. Experience working with young children is important for this role. Our parents refer to us as the \xe2\x80\x9cHarvard of Preschools.\xe2\x80\x9d Masterminds staff are expected to follow high standards of personal achievement. Core Responsibilities:
- Developing and planning a structured gymnastics program with clear progression milestones between 2 - 8 years of age
- Conducting small group and individual gymnastics lessons
- Participate in the annual professional development cycle and demonstrate continuous commitment as a life-long learner
- Maintain confidentiality about all Centre matters at all times.
