We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and qualified
Gym Instructor / Trainer
to join our growing sports academy. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about fitness, committed to helping clients achieve their goals, and able to create a motivating and positive training environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct personalized and group training sessions for clients of various fitness levels.
Design and implement safe and effective workout programs (strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardio).
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure correct form to prevent injury.
Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals.
Monitor client progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and space.
Uphold high standards of professionalism and represent the academy's values.
Requirements:
Certified Fitness Trainer (REPs UAE, ACE, NASM, or equivalent certification preferred).
Previous experience as a gym instructor or personal trainer (minimum 1 year).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with both adults and children.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
(Preferred) Experience with group classes such as circuit training, aerobics, or functional fitness.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
