Gym/ Spa Attendant

A well vibrant and dynamic hospitality company in Dubai looking to hire well experience staff for the position as GYM / SPA Attendant

Primary Objective:

To provide exceptional guest service while maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Assistance:Greet guests warmly, explain available spa services, and assist with appointment scheduling. Facility Maintenance:Sanitize treatment rooms, replenish supplies, and launder towels and robes. Ambience Management:Ensure a calm, clean, and welcoming environment by adjusting lighting, music, and temperature as needed. Refreshments:Offer water, tea, or light snacks to guests before or after treatments. Support Therapists:Prepare treatment rooms and assist spa staff with operational needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Basic knowledge of spa services and etiquette. Previous hospitality or wellness experience preferred.

Gym Attendant - Hospitality Industry

Primary Objective:

To ensure the safety, cleanliness, and smooth operation of the fitness center while assisting guests with equipment and wellness inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction:Provide information on fitness equipment, exercise classes, and wellness programs. Safety Monitoring:Maintain constant surveillance of gym patrons and respond promptly to emergencies. Facility Oversight:Clean equipment, stock towels and water, and ensure all areas are tidy and functional. Equipment Support:Assist guests with proper use of machines and report any malfunctions. Professionalism:Maintain a polished appearance and deliver high-standard customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Knowledge of fitness equipment and safety protocols. Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in hospitality or fitness environments is a plus

Requirement.

Candidate should be on an independent or own visa in Dubai ONLY. Should be available for 1 to 2 weeks. Candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality sector.
