Position Summary
:The Membership Consultant is responsible for driving membership growth and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a dynamic, sales-driven individual passionate about fitness and capable of building long-lasting relationships with potential and current members.
Key Responsibilities
:Sales & Membership Growth
: Generate new memberships, meet sales targets, and maintain member relationships.Customer Engagement
: Assist new and current members with inquiries, guide them through the membership process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Lead Management
: Track and follow up with leads, converting them into memberships.Promotions
: Collaborate with marketing on special offers and represent the gym at community events.Team Collaboration
: Work with team members to provide an excellent member experience.Skills & Qualifications
:Fluency in Arabic
(both written and spoken) is required. Previous experience in sales or customer service (fitness industry preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and goal-oriented skills. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Preferred
:Experience in fitness or wellness centers[GYM]. Fitness certifications or personal training background.
Compensation
:Competitive salary with commission/bonus. Health benefits, gym membership, and product discounts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
