Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced
Sports Massage Therapist
to join our new and unique wellness concept operating on a luxury houseboat. The role focuses on sports recovery, muscle rehabilitation, and overall physical wellbeing, delivering a high-end experience to active clients and athletes.Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional sports massage treatments, including deep tissue, muscle recovery, pre- and post-activity massage Assess clients' physical condition and tailor treatments to individual needs Support muscle rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance recovery Ensure correct techniques and professional standards are followed at all times Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the treatment area Create a calm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for guests Adhere to all health, safety, and wellness regulations on board
Requirements:
Certified Sports Massage Therapist (recognized qualification required) Minimum of 2 years' experience in sports massage, recovery, or rehabilitation Strong knowledge of anatomy, muscle function, and recovery techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Physically fit and comfortable working in a houseboat environment Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail English required; additional languages are an advantage
