Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized
Gym Manager
to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our fitness facility. The ideal candidate has a strong background in gym or fitness center management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for health and wellness.Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the gym to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Lead and supervise staff, including front desk, trainers, and cleaning personnel Ensure exceptional customer service and handle member inquiries or concerns Monitor and manage memberships, sales goals, and retention efforts Maintain facility equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed Hire, train, and schedule staff in alignment with business needs Manage budgets, payroll, and other administrative tasks Enforce gym policies and procedures Create and promote gym programs, events, or specials to increase engagement and revenue
Requirements:
Prior experience in gym or fitness facility management (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Basic knowledge of budgeting and business operations Passion for fitness and a commitment to providing a great member experience CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
