our gym is looking for an experienced and motivated
Gym Manager
to lead daily operations and drive growth in a premium fitness environment.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily gym operations and ensure high service standards Manage staff schedules, performance, and training Drive membership sales and retention strategies Ensure equipment, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained Handle member feedback and resolve issues professionally Monitor KPIs, revenue, and operational costs Support marketing and promotional activities
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Gym Manager or in fitness club management Strong leadership and communication skills Sales-driven mindset with customer-focused attitude Knowledge of gym operations, memberships, and fitness services Ability to work flexible hours Experience in the Qatar fitness market is a plus
