1- Demonstrate the correct way to use exercise equipment 2- Monitor the misuse of equipment 3- Ensure the gym area is clean, tidy, and free of health and safety hazards 4- Deliver exercise classes and workshops 5- Develop personal exercise and diet plan advices 6- Offer alternatives during classes to accommodate different levels of fitness 7- Plan routines, and choose different movements for each set of muscles, depending on participants\' capabilities and limitations 8- Observe participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement 9- Teach proper breathing techniques used during physical exertion 10- Determine which class to conduct based on personal expertise or client requests 11- Provide an exciting and motivational atmosphere 12- Plan routines and prepare music for each class 13- Maintain exceptional level of fitness 14- Provide exceptional customer service 15- Effectively inform and educate our guests about specific wellness concerns 16- Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the GYM 17- Report any maintenance issues immediately to manager 18- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered 19- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the GYM that require attention 20- Actively promote the SPA, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available 21- Handle guests\xe2\x80\x99 questions and concerns professionally and courteously 22- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all guests\xe2\x80\x99 requests 23- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
