To undertake health appraisals and perform the standard range of fitness tests in a professional manner
\xc2\xb7 To provide all clients with the highest standard of information on health and fitness issues at all times
\xc2\xb7 To run theory and practical orientated workshops for gym clients
\xc2\xb7 To supervise in the gym, ensuring clients are using the gym effectively and safely
\xc2\xb7 To ensure equipment is not misused in any way, that gym is left tidy and equipment put away
\xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly newsletters and items of interest for gym clients
\xc2\xb7 Be aware of professional limitations and make referrals to other qualified professionals when participant / client needs exceed scope of knowledge
\xc2\xb7 Be aware of, and conform to, all laws that affect professional practice and recognize the importance of duty of care, public liability and professional indemnity
\xc2\xb7 Maintain relevant qualifications
\xc2\xb7 Ability to analyse and respond to changes in the health and fitness industry
\xc2\xb7 To work effectively in a team environment with other instructors in order to provide the best possible service to gym clients
\xc2\xb7 To motivate clients to ensure exercise compliance
\xc2\xb7 Clean and service equipment as appropriate
\xc2\xb7 Report all accidents, incidents and hazardous situations occurring in the gym Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
