Job Summary:
Keen and Kleen is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Guest Representative / Administration Assistant to manage daily operations related to guest experiences, online booking platforms, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure seamless guest interactions while maintaining the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Communication:
Handle all guest inquiries and communications across multiple booking platforms, including Airbnb and others.
Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process by registering guests with government portals in compliance with UAE regulations.
Address and resolve guest requests, concerns, and special requirements efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Proactively follow up on guest requests and feedback to enhance their stay experience.
Work towards maintaining a 5-star rating on online platforms by ensuring exceptional service.
Booking & Platform Management:
Manage and update property listings on Airbnb and other booking platforms, ensuring accurate availability, pricing, and descriptions.
Monitor and optimize listings for increased visibility and better guest engagement.
Communicate with Airbnb and other platforms to resolve any booking or guest-related issues.
Property Operations & Coordination:
Ensure that all security, maintenance, and housekeeping procedures are followed in alignment with vacation rental management standards.
Coordinate daily cleaning schedules with in-house cleaning teams and ensure timely turnover of properties.
Maintain an organized inventory of amenities, towels, bed linens, and accessories, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for use.
Oversee minor property maintenance requests and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Administrative & Financial Management:
Invoice guests for additional services requested (e.g., early check-in, extra amenities, cleaning, etc.) and ensure timely payment collection.
Track and document guest requests, complaints, and resolutions for service improvement.
Ensure all administrative procedures related to vacation rental management comply with Dubai Tourism & Government regulations.
Monitor correspondence between virtual assistants and guests to ensure smooth and professional communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
