We are Hiring Guest Service Agents will be responsible for giving information, selling park products, managing transactions and related documentation, ensuring a positive experience for guests and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Ticketing & Customer Service:
Greet, assist, sell and manage ticket purchases and inquiries.
Ensure accurate handling of credit card transactions.
Provide information about events, shows, or attractions.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Uphold Park rules, policies, and procedures
Assist Supervisor in any tasks as they arise
Assist with handling lost kids and lost items
Communicate clearly with guests, providing instructions and answering questions
Validate tickets and wristbands for entry.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming events.
Perform opening and closing procedures for the ticket booth.
Keep records of sales and reconcile sales.
Job Knowledge and Skills
Familiarity with ticketing systems and point-of-sale software.
Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift weights.
Comfortable working in noisy, high-energy environments.
Ability to work well in a team.
Work Environment:
Outdoor amusement park setting.
Exposure to loud noises, large crowds, and various weather conditions
Job Experience/ Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years' prior experience as a Cashier preferably in the ticketing industry
