Guest Service Assistant

to join our team. You will be the face of our company, ensuring each guest has a warm welcome and a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities

Guest Check-Ins & Check-Outs

Welcome guests with professionalism and a warm demeanor upon arrival. Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, verifying guest information . Issue room keys/access cards and resolve any billing or reservation discrepancies.

Guest Engagement & Support

Provide clear information about our services, amenities, and nearby attractions. Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly and courteously. Address complaints effectively, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.

Facility & Service Information

Inform guests about available amenities such as dining options, gym, pool, etc.

Team Collaboration

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Communicate guest needs and feedback to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; a background in hospitality is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle pressure and solve problems efficiently. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle is required.
