Key Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Set up tables, service stations, and dining areas before service and maintain cleanliness throughout shifts
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
• Assist guests with menu-related queries by reading and verifying menu information accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, service equipment, and dining spaces
• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and food safety procedures at all times
• Ensure personal appearance, uniform, and communication meet brand standards
• Support a safe working environment by reporting maintenance needs, incidents, or unsafe conditions
• Perform physical tasks related to service, including lifting and carrying items within safety limits
• Carry out additional service duties as assigned by supervisors

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Less than one year of experience in food and beverage service or hospitality
• Positive attitude with strong guest service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain on feet for extended periods
• Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and work as part of a team
• Basic communication skills and attention to service quality
