Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service to guests in line with brand standards and service procedures
• Set up tables, manage service areas, and ensure cleanliness before, during, and after service

• Interact with guests professionally, address requests, and support a positive dining experience
• Maintain menu knowledge to answer guest questions accurately
• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain professional appearance and clear communication throughout service periods
• Handle routine manual tasks including carrying service items within safety guidelines
• Support a safe workplace by reporting maintenance needs, accidents, or unsafe conditions
• Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Less than one year of related food and beverage service experience
• Service-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
