Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional food and beverage service in line with JW Marriott service standards
• Set up tables, service stations, and dining areas prior to service and maintain cleanliness throughout shifts
• Coordinate closely with kitchen teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
• Interact courteously with guests, respond to requests, and support an engaging dining experience
• Maintain menu knowledge to read and visually verify information for guests
• Follow all company policies, food safety guidelines, and hygiene standards
• Maintain professional appearance, grooming, and clear communication at all times
• Support a safe working environment by reporting maintenance issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions
• Perform service-related physical tasks within approved safety limits
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Less than one year of experience in food and beverage service or hospitality
• Guest-focused attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain on feet for extended periods
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and service quality
