Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service to guests in line with JW Marriott service standards
• Set up tables, service stations, and dining areas before service and maintain cleanliness throughout shifts
• Communicate effectively with kitchen teams to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
• Interact professionally with guests, respond to requests, and support a positive dining experience
• Maintain menu knowledge to read and visually verify information accurately
• Follow all company policies, hygiene standards, and food safety procedures
• Maintain professional appearance, grooming, and communication at all times
• Support a safe workplace by reporting maintenance issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions
• Perform service-related physical tasks within approved safety limits
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Less than one year of experience in food and beverage service or hospitality
• Guest-focused mindset with clear communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain on feet for extended periods
• Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail and service quality
