We are seeking an enthusiastic Guest Service Center Supervisor to lead our team in Dubai, UAE. You will ensure exceptional experiences for our diverse international clientele by:



Supervising and motivating the guest service center team to maintain high standards of customer service and efficiency Managing daily operations, including guest arrivals, reservations, and special requests Serving as a key ambassador for our hotel, providing information and resolving complex guest inquiries Ensuring compliance with brand standards and Front Office procedures Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction Conducting team meetings and training sessions to improve performance Analyzing guest feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably in front office operations Strong leadership skills with exceptional customer service orientation Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages beneficial Proficiency in Front Office Systems and hotel management software Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices Cultural sensitivity with an understanding of UAE customs and etiquette * Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
