Position Overview
InterContinental Dubai Marina is hiring a Guest Service Center Agent to serve as the primary point of contact for guest communication. This role ensures all inquiries, requests, and concerns are handled promptly and professionally, contributing to a smooth and welcoming guest experience across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously in line with brand standards
Manage guest inquiries, reservations, wake-up calls, and service requests
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Desk, and Food and Beverage for request fulfillment
Log guest complaints and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
Process messages, paging, and emergency responses following safety procedures
Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information
Assist the Front Office team during busy periods
Support a positive, team-focused work environment
Ideal Profile
Minimum 1 year experience in a guest communication or front office role within luxury hospitality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Professional phone etiquette and polished interpersonal skills
Experience with Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
Detail-oriented and guest-focused
