This role supports the daily dining operations by ensuring guests receive smooth, warm, and attentive service throughout their experience. From table preparation to guest interaction and coordination with the kitchen team, this position plays a key part in maintaining the refined service standards associated with St. Regis.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare dining areas, set up tables, and ensure readiness for service
Guide guests through menu offerings and communicate special requests to the kitchen
Serve food and beverages according to service standards
Ensure workstations, service areas, and storage areas are clean and organized
Support smooth guest flow during busy hours and assist team members when needed
Maintain high hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
Assist with clearing tables, resetting setups, and maintaining overall dining presentation
Follow company guidelines, safety rules, and operational procedures
Lift, carry, push, and move items as needed to support restaurant operations
Ideal Profile
Less than 1 year of related experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service attitude and communication skills
Comfortable standing, walking, and handling physical tasks during shifts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive team mindset
