Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests Provide local and hotel information to enhance guest stay Handle reservations, payments, and room assignments Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays Proficiency in hotel management systems is a plus
