Guest Service Agent
Job Summary:
The Guest Service Agent is the face of the hotel, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This role is central to the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest assignments and process payments accurately.
  • Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally, finding effective solutions.
  • Answer switchboard calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using a Property Management System (PMS).
  • Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
